To pay for your order is simple, secure and efficient.

After completing your order you click the payment-option of your choice. You will be transferred to the PayPal site. (PayPal is also processing creditcards; for that you do not need a PayPal account.)

At this point, verify the following to make sure you are indeed on a secure page: the address in the address-bar should start with 'https://' instead of 'http://, so with an extra 's'. Also, a little padlock should show up in the address-bar or at the bottom of your browser window, depending on your browser (not with Safari!). All this confirms you are indeed on a secure page and your private data (login, password) cannot be seen or intercepted by third parties, including us. Since the actual payment and processing takes place at PayPal's secure site, you can be sure your privacy is guaranteed.

After you completed the payment procedure you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and payment.

We do not charge shipping costs, worldwide.

All international orders will be shipped using priority-airmail, which is safe and fast. Orders will be shipped the same day they're received, if possible.. In case you haven't received your order after 10 business days please and we will investigate.

We have customers in over 30 countries and so far only a few packages got lost during transfer. Of course these were replaced instantly.

In case an item is out of stock you will be informed ASAP. You can then choose to wait or we can refund you straight away.
